Back in the early 1990s Symply's founder Eddie Milbourne ran a successful pet shop in the south of England. Unsatisfied with the quality of British pet foods he started importing brands from America, eventually becoming one of the biggest importers of Nutro.
When Nutro was acquired by Mars, he saw first- hand the drop in ingredients quality, and the harm done to the specialist pet shops he loved.
He set out to produce products that would forever be loyal to pet stores and customers without sacrificing quality.
